Favorite Toy:
Most certainly hairties. This is why I go to the hall closet and find about five or six lost hair ties underneath the door.
Favorite Nap Spot:
He's quite fond of laps and sunshine. In the morning, he catches his zzz's on the floor in front of the sliding glass door, and in the afternoon/early evening he finds a lap or some blankets.
Favorite Food:
Ice cream, Doritos (Four Cheese flavor), sweet tea, pizza crusts, chicken, tuna, banana pudding, cornbread, and Science Diet Kitten food.
Skills:
Rusty is a superb jumper and can do flips when he plays with his Cat-Dancer! Also, he can smell strangers through the front door, before they even ring the doorbell. Oh yea, and he's a professional heart-melter.

Arrival Story:
We drove (my mom and I) all the way to Atlanta and braved the hectic traffic to see Rusty and his cute little littermates. As soon as we saw him, we knew he was ours! We actually had other appointments scheduled to see other siamese breeders' litters, but we decided to stick with Rusty because he's the world's most perfect kitty!
Bio:
Rusty is actually a Blue-point/Lilac-point Siamese mix. He was the only one in his litter like that; so he was extra appealing to us when we were kitty shopping. Rusty is very peculiar about strangers: he despises unfamiliar males, but he doesn't really mind female strangers. He'll let my friends pet him, but he has been known to hiss at my brother's friends. But Rusty has such a charming personality that the guys still love him anyway. Rusty is not declawed, so one of his favorite past times is scratching his carpet castle (and our ankles). He's EXTREMELY hyper at night time. Rusty will run rapidly around the house and will attack anyone who dares to cross his path! He's a sweet kitty though and is very photogenic. I have literally hundreds of pictures of him. :-)

Meow!! Everyone should see my human's newly added Catster page for Pooger! I never really got along with Pooger very well, and he kind of magically absorbed attention from MY humans...oh well, because I know they love me just as much! Meow! :-)

My humans put that hot pink harness on me yesterday, and I wasn't kidding when I said it would NOT BE COMFORTABLE!!! SERIOUSLY!!!! That evil thing was so tight I thought it was going to make all the fat pop out of my body. I got all freaked out when the little snap thingy closed because of the noise, and I was so scared that I just sat there in some kinda weird position, just totally petrified with dilated eyes. When they took it off, I couldn't help but run away down the hall and under my favorite human bed (*which would be mine!*) with my fur all poofed out. They got me a new one though; this time it's periwinkle with pink roses on it. What do they think I am, a girl?? Oh well, at least it fits. I feel like I weigh about 5,000 lbs. with it on me though; I'm not at all used to it. The humans think it's funny when I slink around close to the ground with it on. Of course THEY think it's hilarious!! I guess it's for my own good though, so I can't help but love my humans for it because they love me!

Today my humans bought me a hot pink harness and a leash, so I can be held "comfortably in the car when we evacuate for Hurricane Ivan". Comfortable? You have GOT to be kidding! This should be an interesting experience...but mostly today I slept and didn't worry about it too much. I have been told I look cute when I twitch in my sleep, which is what I'm gonna go do right now. Toodles!
