dinner. formerly, he most enjoyed sneaking up on lizards in the early morning hours, and bringing me their still wriggling tails...he is also a big fan of playing "newspaper houses" with the Sunday paper.

Pet-Peeves:
not being able to get at the birds outside the window -- living in an apartment sucks!

Favorite Toy:
the cardboard catnip scratching post that's near the window. he also really loves the plastic strips that come off milk bottle caps.

Favorite Nap Spot:
on the living room chair if it's sunny; hiding under the covers in my bed if it's cold...on my lap whenever I'm at home.

Favorite Food:
tuna, any processed cheese food product (think cheez-its, cheetos), steak cooked medium rare, and waltham PH balance wet food. yummy.

Skills:
slaps naughty dinner guests when he wants some of what they are eating, opens doors.

Arrival Story:
I was working at a record store, when I received a phone call from my house-hunting boss. She'd stopped when she saw a "free kittens" sign on someone's lawn, recalling I'd just moved to a cottage that would allow me to have a kitty...a few short hours later, she arrived with Bill. He mewed and mewed until I picked him up and let him nestle in at my neck. We've been best friends ever since.

Bio:
Bill is the most vocal kitty I've ever met. He yells at you when he wants your attention, and vocalizes his wants (such as clean water, some ice cubes to lick on a hot day, etc.) whenever they occur. This unique characteristic saved his life. You see, despite being lost for 5 days in a location he'd never before visited (and over the cold winter holidays no less), his vocal character, combined with the fact that he recognizes and responds to his own name, allowed strangers who found him to recognize him as my lost kitty, and return him to me.
