Arrival Story:
I was on my way out of the Humane Society after dropping off an injured animal, and 8-week-old Scout walked in, perched on someone's shoulder. We locked eyes. He mewed. I melted. The handoff occurred right there in the foyer; no paperwork or anything.

Bio:
Before he was a year old, Scout escaped outside and beat up the neighbor's dog. He's mellowed a little since then, but he's still a punk badass. He loves people, especially when they shower him with praise and love and head skritches. He's named after the character in To Kill a Mockingbird.
