Mouse like to tell Mama when it's time to go take a nap. If Mama doesn't listen, then Mouse will go take a nap without her!

Arrival Story:
Mouse was one of many little kittens running around the house that she was born in. The girl whom we got her from had named Mouse because of her color. Of course, we couldn't think of a better name for the spunky little kitten, so Mouse she was!

Mouse has raised several kittens and has been in the family so long we aren't sure what we'd do without her! It's so cute to watch Mouse and Mama be little old ladies together, and toddle around the house, looking for naps. (Mama is Lili's elderly grandmother.) Mousie lived to the grand old age of 13, when she suddenly became ill. Her mouth bothered her a lot, and she was having trouble eatting. At first, the vet only thought it was her tooth, but in late December 2004, it was discovered that she had a very painful tumor in her mouth. Even up until the day that we had to help Mousie over the Rainbow Bridge, she was sweet and loved us and purred. Mouse is missed dearly by her Mama.
