indoors Arrival Story: Like most of the AAWL's animals, Mable came to us from Maricopa County Animal Control (the local "pound"). All of our animals are spayed/neutered, up-to-date on vaccines, and microchipped. Visit our other adoptable animals at www.aawl.org. Bio: What silky fur Mable has! She loves to stretch out in the sun to show off her glittering coat and she enjoys feeling your hand in her fur too, as long as you give her plenty of time to romp: she's an explorer who wants to be ready for her next expedition in a moment's notice! As an explorer, she can also be quite playful, batting new toys and racing along the walls of her room. Mable enjoys being held over your shoulder and having her cheeks brushed, and she'll even chew the brush a little until you get just the right spot (so she should have a plastic brush, like a Zoom Groom, to protect her gums). What a cutie! Because Mable occasionally nips the hand that pets her (she doesn't break the skin), she should go to a home with children jr. high aged and older. She can share her home with dogs and other cats. Mable's adoption fee is $95. Lives Remaining: 9 of 9
