My mother found Molly outside a bank. She pet her for a few minutes and went on her way to finish her banking, to which Molly followed behind. Seeing no apparent owners, my mother loaded her in the car with her and went about her errands. Upon thinking about it, and knowing there really wasn't much room for a new kitty at the house, and thinking she quite possibly might have belonged to one of the neighbouring homes, my mother dropped her back off at the bank, along with a can of cat food just in case. Once home, however, my mom couldn't help but feel worried that perhaps the cat didn't have a home, so she took one last drive in to see if she was still there....and of course she was exactly where my mother had left her. So she loaded her in the car yet again, brought her home, and initiated her as part of the family.
