Arrival Story:
Karla was found in the middle of the road and couldn't move. She was very emaciated and infested w/fleas. Long story short, after a visit to the vet she was anemic and is in kidney failure so she'll be living the rest of her life w/me unless someone is willing to take her with the understanding that she may only be around for another year or two. She is no bother at all and currently in very good health for her age!

Bio:
Karla is temporarily living in western PA with another cat that she despises! Karla would be much happier in a home with no other cats or dogs although she doesn't seem to mind or bother the fish, guinea pigs, lizard, or birds and she adores children as well!

Karla does have some issues due to her age. She has cataracts but does not appear to have lost any of her sight. She has very few teeth left but she can eat just fine and she doesn't have bad breath or any infected remaining teeth. She does have arthritis and has trouble jumping up and down on furniture. She also must have a litter box located near to her resting spot and cannot make it to another floor of a home. Due to her arthritis and kidney problems she will have an accident if her litter box is located too far away for her to access. (I currently have no problems b/c her litter box is located next to where she likes to nap.)
