Favorite Toy:
Aw, I don't know how to play, yet.

Favorite Nap Spot:
I think I'm really liking the sidewalk behind the Nandinas where I can taunt Percy by my presence.

Favorite Food:
Wet food. Cheap kind will do!

Finding people who will feed and worry about a stray as much as they do their own babies.

Arrival Story:
I'm a street kitty, but I found a family who are total suckers for us less fortunate babies! They have four kitties already, but they feed me, too. Wet food, even! My luck has totally turned around!

I'm starting to let my new mom pet me while I eat. She's even managed to lift me off the ground a little. I hope she doesn't have any grand plans of trapping me and taking me to the V-E-T to turn me into a girl!

Oh too cool! Thank you everycat for the Febreze collars! They sure clean up an old street kitty like me!

Oh no! So one of the other strays showed up with her two orange kittens this morning. My human sister is fit to be tied. I think she's going to rip humans a new one on her own blog today. MOL

It doesn't help that I still won't let them catch me. But I'm OK! I meow to them I like things just fine the way they are, except when the food dish isn't full anyway. MOL

Stay safe!

About a jillion years ago, my pawsome new friend Sam PFBB tagged me to name 5 things I don't like.

OK, maybe it was only a week or so, but sorry it's taken me so long to do this, Sam. I've been slacking on my dairy and everything.

5 Things I Don't Like

1. Fleas and ear mites! They oughta be outlawed.

2. The new plywood and plexiglass blocking me from tearing holes in the screened-in porch.

3. That people dump cats out instead of taking them to the Animal Shelter. My poor mom has become quite the dumping ground for us strays, and it upsets her that she can't do anything but feed us and hope for the best. My human sister feels so guilty that they can't catch me and the other strays and get us healthy and keep us from multiplying. Why oh why do people set animals out? How can they be so cruel?

4. When my mom is gone and leaves out dry food instead of wet food.

5. The neighbor's cat. He doesn't seem too fond of me um..."leaving my scent" all over his yard. MOL

But the Door Was Open!

Oh wow! This morning, the front door of the screened-in porch was ajar. I thought my mom had left it open for me, so I went right in.

Well, Percy was on the porch, and he tackled me. Pummeled me! I ran like the wind, and my mom slammed the door shut before he could get out and come after me.

My mom and human sister are freaked out that the door was ajar like that. They have no idea when it got opened, and how their indoor babies didn't get out. We have had lots of wind, so I don't know if that had anything to do with it. But the door is always latched, so it's really weird.

Anyway, they're really worried about me because of course I took off. And they could have had me if Percy hadn't been out there. They could have had me caught so that they could take me to the V-E-T and get this motor oil and stuff off me.

Oh, well. Maybe soon.

Stay safe out there!
