Arrival Story: We saw an advertisement in the paper and went to check out the kitties. When we got there we learned they were 3 months old and lived outside all their lives. The owner warned us that they were pretty wild. Well Cinderella walked up to my daughter and she picked him up and literally threw him over her shoulder, turned around and walked to the car. The lady asked me if we wanted to see the other cats and I told her I didn't think that would be necessary. She then suggested putting him in a box because he'd never been in a car and would scratch my little one. I again said I don't think that would be necessary. He rode all the way home purring on my daughters lap. Yes he is a male and his name is Cinderella.
Bio: Cinderella is quite a kitty. He will play fetch with balls and small toy mice. He will run down two flights of stairs to get them and he brings them right back to you. His timing can be off though with this game. I often get a rude awakening at 2 and 3 in the morning with mice being dropped on my face. Many times I wake up with mice all over my bed. Cinderella also has a very strong attachment with my daughter. You see he can take her and he knows it. When my daughter will get up to go potty he knows what and where she is going and will run ahead and hide under my bed and then jump on her and take her to the ground. Then he pounces on her like a puppy would. He will wait at the bottom of the stairs and as she walks by he will take her out. I have had to arm my daughter with water pistols strategically placed around the house so she can arm herself. It is all in fun though, Cinderella doesn't hurt her: weeeelll except for the occasional bite. I did have to have him declawed though. Ya know this could all be his revenge for being named Cinderella. Hmmm_Ya_Think?????
