Rusty Sick

Rusty is Sick

My little baby is sick. He has been withdrawn and quite for a few weeks now. Also during that time and before he has been throughing up, not coughing up a hair ball, throughing up large pills of food and water. When it first started we took him to our Vet and she thought he may feel better on a dose of tagumet(tummy medicine). We started giving it to Rusty before he ate and that seemed to work. He was on that for a week or so with no other vomit attacks. A few days after we stopped giving him his medicine he vomited again. Today he went back to the vet because he is dehydrated. He has not been eating or drinking much. The vet told us to try baby food for him to eat. Has anyone else had a situation like this happen to them?
