Arrival Story:
A freighter truck from South Carolina arrived at a warehouse in Las Vegas, Nevada. Everybody was surprised when the back door was opened on the truck....out hopped Jazmine and her three babies! They were not happy about their accidental 3 day road trip that they had just endured without food and water and they all ran and scattered. They were believed to be feral, so they were trapped and taken to the feral clinic for shots, spay and neuters. It didn't take too long to discover that these were very sweet, tame kitties and not feral at all. Unfortunately Jazmine was not micro-chipped so they could not track her family down in South Carolina. She was adopted to a wonderful home in Las Vegas. Part 2: The adoption place received a phone call from Jazmine's new mom stating that Jazmine was still going into heat every month. It was then arranged for Jazmine to have exploratory surgery done, but the vet didn't find anything. Sadly, the family returned Jazmine and she was deemed unadoptable. She was put into a cage and placed in a hot garage. That's when our group heard of her dilemma and I went and brought her to my home. Part 3: We arranged for another exploratory surgery to be done with one of our vets. Our vet discovered that one of Jazmine's ovaries was still in-tact. She removed it and now Jazmine is just fine. No more going into heat. Hurray!! We've tried to contact the former owners with no luck, so now Jazzy's up for adoption. She's a petite, very affectionate little girl. She loves to be with her human companion. She is not socialized with other animals and doesn't appear to want to be. She does seem to tolerate Armani a bit, a teenage kitten, so perhaps she would be ok with one other kitty in the household. I don't know about her history with dogs. Jazz would like it just fine if she were the only furry companion in the house. Jazmine has endured so much, and is still the sweetest thing ever. She's very stressed out in her foster home because of the other cats. She's ready for her next life's adventure with a purrfect furrever loving home........... JAZMINE WAS ADOPTED ON OCT 13th! SHE IS DOING WONDERFUL AS BEING THE ONLY FURRY COMPANION IN THE HOUSEHOLD. :)

Bio:
Jazmine is spayed ~for real this time ~ , FIV/Leuk negative, and is current on her shots. She did unfortunately go thru a feral clinic the first time, so she has an ear tip. She also obviously had a bad compound fracture to her front leg at some point in her life, but whoever had her at that time paid some bucks and had it perfectly fixed. She doesn't limp and she's not in any pain. None-the-less she is just as beautiful as can be. Only adoptable 200 miles from Las Vegas, NV..................... Jazmine was adopted to a perfect family on October 13, 07 :)
