Leave a treat for Mommy Cat

Fluffy, Sassy

Quick Bio:
-mixed breed

ruling her domain at Poppy's house, swatting the dogs every once in awhile, swatting Poppy when he deserves it, and sitting on Poppy's lap

the dogs getting on her last nerve, the dogs eating her chicken, the dogs in general

Favorite Toy:
Toys? She has no toys because that darn Zoey eats every last cat toy in the house, just for spite...but she's not bitter.

Favorite Nap Spot:
Poppy's lap, Poppy's bed, the linen closet, Poppy's desk, Poppy's chair

Favorite Food:
specifically, shredded chicken...not sliced, not chunked, but shredded.

sneaking around corners, batting at Tigger and hiding behind furniture and pouncing out as Zoey walks by.

indoors and outdoors

Arrival Story:
Mommy Cat came to live with us when Poppy did. She is his cat through and through. We're not really sure how she came to be known as Mommy Cat...I think it just sort of stuck.

Mommy cat has a lot to deal with what with having to share a house with four dogs. Not her all means. She used to have fun fighting with Zoey, but now Zoey can take her...and Tigger showed up so they both chase her whenever they see her. This is why she moved out into Poppy's house. There she can rule without any disturbances.

You may ask me, what is it like living with four dogs and four...dare I say it...humans. Slightly above repulsive and strangely, slightly below pleasing. While I have to put up with these creatures, I am satisfied in knowing that among us, I am most definitely the most interesting, charming, and intelligent of the group...okay, some may not agree, but that's simply because I don't put up with any defiance. I have to put up with such nonsense all day. Tigger is the worst at this...but since I have been able to train him since he was a morsel, back when he tried to pull on my tail all the time, he has turned into someone I am actually quite fond of. He and I play...and by play I mean that I lay on my back in the yard and bat at him when he runs by...but he enjoys it. He wouldn't do it over and over again if he didn't.
As for the others, I have somewhat of a camaraderie with all of them.
Zoey, Moonshine, and I all came with Poppy when he moved here from North Carolina, so of course the three of us are like family, maybe a little disfunctional, but still family. Zoey and I fight from time to time, and Moonshine pretty much ignores me, but what is family for?
Brutus looked at me like a snack for the first few days I got here, but Moonshine set him straight, so now he leaves me be as well.
I have to say that I am closest with Poppy. I believe that he is my companion. When everything else is going wrong in the world, I just snuggle up in Poppy's lap, and everything is okay. I'm not saying that I won't put him in his place if he oversteps his bounds though...
