Arrival Story:
We found "Creamsicle" on Petfinder.com. She was adopted from a cat and kitten rescue, Whiskers and Paws, located in Central Florida. Creamsicle was rescued from an all kill shelter, along with her 4 kittens, soon before she was due to be euthanized. Sadly, her kittens did not survive. We decided to add to her name, thus she is now Sophie Creamsicle.
Bio:
When we first brought Sophie home (December 2006), she did the same thing that Higgins did! She hid under the futon sofa for several hours. Sophie immediately warmed up to us and she loves to nuzzle her head into our leg or arm or wherever. It took her a little longer to "warm" up to the boys, but now when they play together she will get in on the action as well. Sophie absolutely loves toys - any toys! She will play with anything! She is a very quiet girl, until she has to ride in the pet taxi. She is a real sweetie and a precious addition to our feline family.
