Arrival Story: Sully was brought to the vet clinic where I work with an injured left front leg. I know nothing about his life up to that day, including how he injured his leg, but his leg injury was so severe that amputation was the only option. Three legged Sully quickly purred his way into my heart. He was set to go into a rescue, but I called the group on the day he was to be picked up and told them I wanted him. I completed the official adoption papers on August 9th, 2007. He fit into my home almost immediately. The other cats took him under their wing and have taught him all of their bad habits. We are so blessesd to have this little guy in our lives.

Bio: Sully was a hard cat to name. I had him probably three weeks before we finally settled on one. We made the decision by buying two collars and two tags, with the two frontrunner names engraved on them. I put a tag on each collar and had my mother pick the collar she liked best, without looking at the tag. She picked the Sully collar. Sully was named for the big shaggy blue monster in the movie, Monsters Inc, because he's a lovable little monster. I'm not in love with the name, but its stuck now.
