I had lost a cat Tabby to liver disease and my Mom told me when we came back from vacation that we could go to the Humane Society to get a female year or two old cat. Well, I got all the cat food and everything and then we went to the Humane Society. This male 6 month old kitten let me pick him up and hold him like a baby. My mom and I argued about it until I finally said that Mortimer was coming home with me.

This is so much fun to be on the Kitty Whiskas/Catster group. My brofurs and sisfurs are so jealous that me and Callie get to have our own diaries and photos for everyone to see. And, for a senior kitty like yours truly, it's even better. But, I do well for an old cat if I do say so myself...every time Meowmie sees me jumping on the computer desk, she gets scared. I don't know if everyone knows this or not, but Mickey Mouse was almost named Mortimer.

Wow, I am so excited. Meowmie doesn't have to go to work for two whole days to either job. She works hard but it is so nice to have sofa time with her.
