Arrival Story:
He was a rescue from Chicago Canine Rescue. We first saw him at Summer on Southport. We saw him two days after our beloved Tigger, had to be put down from liver cancer. His name at the time was Mr. Sally, they first thought he was a girl. I did not want to pick him up. I was still in pain from Tigger. I was petting him, and felt a connection. I asked to pick him up. He cuddled in my arms then crawled up my arm and put his head on my shoulder. Our Tigger did that when my Mom died to my Dad. We asked about him and put in to adopt him the next day. We were told no had wanted him, he was the last of a litter of 4. I have no idea how no one did not want him.He fits in here perfect. He has no fear of a 140lb Great Dane who also is a rescue. He has been so good for us. We still miss Tigger so much, but fell he had something to do with bringing us this kitten. Shadow will scare the Dog then run and hide behind Tiggers urn. Now, that proves it. He looks out at the dog with that" He made me do it" look. Getting him was meant to be.
