Queen Paisley the Magnificent Speaks

Hello

My mommy hasn't helped me write in my diary in a long time. That's because she was busy writing a book about me and my brother Webster and our friends. I guess it was ok that she didn't write my diary since she was doing other Paisley-related things, but a lot of stuff happened that I never got to write about!
The main thing that's happening now is Mommy and Grandma and Grandpa put 2 trees inside the house and put stuff all over them - pretty, twinkly, shiny stuff. Is this heaven, or what?? I keep trying to climb up one of the trees and Mommy keeps making me stop, so I guess I'll have to wait until she's not around and then I can do whatever I want. What she doesn't know won't hurt her, right?

New Potty Place

Well, yesterday Grandpa moved our litter boxes to a new place downstairs. I guess this will be okay - we all started using the new place right away. Our humans were worried that we would just go potty any old place - how insulting!! I mean, we are cats aren't we? We are civilized enough to go potty only in a designated potty place.
Anyway, the potty move went smoothly. I just have to get used to the weird blue nightlight Grandpa put in there for us. That's kind of eerie and spooky. It sort of makes our potty place look like a gateway to another dimension. Either that, or it could be a little UFO stuck on the wall (it's like a disc with 4 blue-white lights coming from it). Whatever it is, it kind of freaks me out.
If you don't hear from me for a while, someone please let my mommy know that I'm either stuck in a parallel universe or I've been adbucted by aliens. I hope they have good food in the other universe, or maybe the UFO will have a buffet with all different kinds of fish. If not, I'll be home for dinner!

Strange and Peculiar Happenings

My family is doing some strange stuff today. They call it "cleaning up and rearranging." I call it "CHAOS"! Grandma and Grandpa are pulling stuff out of closets and moving it to new places. Man, they have a lot of stuff! If anybody needs extra stuff they should come here and get some, 'cause my people have a lot. I was trying to help, but I really don't understand what they're doing so I stopped trying. Mommy was trying to0, but she's taking a break now to help me write my diary.
There's something else really strange about all this - I've heard them talking about moving our litter boxes to a new place - and they haven't even asked me! They just assume it's going to be ok. Silly humans! Well, maybe it will be ok, but I don't know, I'm pretty used to going potty in the old place. It sounds like we'll have to go out of our way to get to the new potty place, and that might be too much trouble. I'll let you know what happens...
