Arrival Story:
We had bought our first house and knew that eventually we would want a cat. Richard was working with a vet who did cat rescue and he called me at work and said "I just found our cat, you have to see him he's huge and he's gorgeous!" So I went to see him after work and we decided to take him. The rest is history, he was the best cat anyone could ever ask for and we miss him dearly.

Bio:
Mr. Lawrence spent his allotted time at the pound and his number was up. He ended up in the pound when his owner's husband shot her and then tried to committ suicide. Mr. L. was in the house when this happened so needless to say he had some issues when we got him. He hated to see us sleep in, he'd stand by your head and paw your face until you woke up. He did turn out to be a very loving and loved kitty! We were very blessed to spend the short time that we had with him as any amount of time would never be long enough.
