Tis the day after Thanksgiving and all through the house,
Not a creature was stirring, not even a mouse.
The puppies were snuggled all tired in their bed.
With visions of turkey still dancing in their head.
And Mom with her Rolaids and Dad with a pain,
Had just settled their tummies, no TURKEY AGAIN!
When out in the kitchen there arose such a clatter,
I sprang from the bed to see what was the matter!
Away to the fridge I flew like a flash,
There Caroline was eating Turkey, then I heard a big CRASH!
She had pulled the shelf down, to the floor below,
The glass was all broken, it looked like it snowed.
When what to my wondering eyes should appear?
Mom in her nightgown, all covered in tears.
Dad was right behind her, so fast and so quick,
I knew in a moment, Sweet Caroline was sick!
She ate all the turkey, she ate all the pies.
She ate and she ate, til the food filled her eyes.
Go Caroline, Go Timmy, go fast to your bed,
I must clean this up now, run fast, FAST I said!
To the top of the bed, to the bed by the door,
Now dash away, dash away, I must clean the floor!
She spoke not a word, but went straight to her work,
And cleaning the floor, she turned with a jerk!
She filled up the dustpan, and garbage can too,
She swept, and she mopped, til the mess was all through!
Then she sprang back to bed, with her mind in a fog,
Restraining the urge to spank such a dog.
And I heard her soft whisper as she fell back in bed.
No Turkey next year!
We will just eat the BREAD!

Happy Thanksgiving to everyfur. I have been Thanksgiving Tagged by the honorable Mr. Stoke. A gentelman true.
The rules of this holiday game are quite simple. When you are tagged, pen a diary entry regarding what you are thankful for, then send a Rosette or Pmail to 5 cats, telling them they have been tagged. They then do the same, and usually they 'mail you back to tell you they've completed the task. So, without further adieu, a few things I am thankful for.
I am so furry grateful for my home. I was a feral kitten, but love and tender care changed me from fearful and wild to one of the best kits in the house. I am truly thankful for all my furry friends on Catster. I have met so many that I don't think I can count them all. I am thankful to be in good health.
These are my five furry friends that I choose to play:

Antionne, Looie Weaver,Tom J. Katt, and I have been tagged by Mr.Stoke and Cruize, two cool cats that we think furry highly of. We now have to say something nice about 10 furry kits and tag them. We will let them know by pmail. We are condensing this and will publish it on our pages.
1-We will tag the lovely Alaidh because she is furry pretty. She has lived such a long life that we know she must be wise, and should be honored. Purrrrrrsss to you.
2-We will tag another great orangie...Rascal. He is one great kitty. Witty and funny.
3-Now we will tag Scottie, who is one fine striped tabby. The markings are fantastic, and he has catitude....MOL!
4-We are going to tag the handsome furangel Beau Beau. He is a good furriend of our angel brofur Daniel A.K.A. BOBO, and they run the Bridge together and we are so glad Daniel has him to play with.
5-We are tagging the pawsome Hope (formerly known as Mysterio), she is a new baby on catster that needs our purrrsss. She was rescued and now is with her Mommie who is furry kind to her.
6-Next it will be Poodle, a kit with such pawsome markings and a miraculous life that she is worth being seen by effuryone.
7-Now we will will tag the beloved angel Amelia a more lovlier furangel would be hard to come by. She always has a kind word for effuryone she meets.
8-Another furangel we will tag. Molly Sue (In Loving Memrory) She looks like she has angel's hair instead of fur and she loves to sing.
9-Next we will tag Orion
He is a new friend that we have met at Big Leo's and he is a STAR!!
10-Last but not least, Hufflepuff. With a name like that he HAS to have one interesting story to tell. Purrrrrsss.
