My mommie worked at the Petsmart Lov-A-Pet Center and adopted kitties out. She was looking for a gray kitten to adopt and a lady came by and told her her cat just had kittens and one of them was gray. So...I was with my sister Natalie and my other siblings when this nice lady came to see us. The nice lady really only wanted one kitten (my sister Natalie,) but when I put on my best waddle, and ran right to her, well, the rest was history! I was originally named "Welcome", but Mom changed my name to Sasha, my cat-mom is Himalayan, and cat-dad a Russian Blue.
Bio:
When I was a kitten, my eyes crossed alot, and wiggled back and forth. Mom called it "google eyes". I kind of grew out of that, and I can focus pretty well now on stuff. I am as soft as silk (!) and love being petted. I am always in a good mood because I love my home and my Mom (that nice lady)!
I have a love/hate relationship with Jasper, my big brother. We cuddle...then fight!! Mom says we're the dominant two (whatever that means!) I get real "vocal" when it's dinner time and I haven't been fed. I like to tear around the house every once in awhile like a CRAZY cat, and mess up all the quilts on the beds! Why? I don't know!

All my Catster friends, Mom is asking you each to purray for the 5 dead foster kittens that the Pima Animal Care Center killed the very day Mom took them back to be adopted out. HOW HIDEOUS!
God bless those 5 kittens who never got a name, or had a chance for a home. I don't know how the shelter manager, (who knew Mom was fostering these little tykes) can live with himself.
God help him!

As you might know, our Mom likes to send each of us kitties somewhere different each summer to learn about the world and its cultures, and especially our own roots. So being a Himalayan, I got to visit Nepal and Thailand! It was soooo interesting there! I loved seeing all the different temples and meeting other Himalyan kitties! They gave me this cool, woven hat to wear that matches my ice blue eyes! They were so sweet to me. It felt like family.
It was really cool to see all prayer flags that are hung everywhere...blowing the in wind and slowly unraveling and sending prayers into the heavens! What an awsome idea! I want Mom to get some and hang some out on our patio so I can watch them during the day, and send prayers to all my kittie friends.
I am glad to be back home, but my vacation truly was inspiring!
