I've been promoted!

I have been promoted to Lt. Commander of the USS Royal Bengal! What a wonderful way to start the new year! I am greatly honored by this promotion. The Admiral promoted me himself! It is an honor to serve.

All I Want For Christmas Is.....

For Christmas I would like to have more courage. I have a wonderful forever home now, but I am still scared sometimes. Mom always feels sad when I am scared. I know deep down inside that I am safe and loved, but I still have a lot of fear. I would also like to have healthy clean teeth. I guess that Christmas wish will come true, because Mom is making an appointment for me after the holidays to get my teeth cleaned. I have a gum problem right now. I would also love to have a DVD made just for cats to watch. I LOVE to watch TV, especially when there are birds and mice on. That would be very nice. One thing I know- I am very lucky to be spending Christmas with my new family. That is the best present of all!

The things I am Thankful for

Mom says that it a special time of year. It is Thanksgiving time. This is when everyone counts their blessings and gives thanks for everything they have. I am probably the most thankful cat on the planet! The #1 thing is my new forever home. The people in the shelter were nice. They fed me and petted me, but I still had to stay in a cage most of the time. There were many other cats there too. I never got a lot of attention. Now I have a REAL home with people who love me! My human Mom and Dad were very patient with me and gave me all the time I needed to feel part of the family. My brother Ben, is awesome! He really helped me adjust to my new home. I am very grateful for him. I also give thanks for my bed (which Dad bought just for me!), my toys and good food to eat. I am thankful for Catster. Without Catster, Mom and Dad would not have found me at the shelter! Also through Catster I was able to join the Furry Federation. Everyone in the Furry Federation made me feel welcome and part of something. I never had that before. I also met Margo! She is my girlfriend! (at least I hope she thinks of me in that way) Now I have been selected to be in a calendar! WOW! I am SO greatful. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You!!!
