indoors Arrival Story: Hey there! I'm Brandy and this is my story. I was dumped in a box in front of this building. When the people found me they stuck me in a cage with clean water and fresh food and a potty box. I was there for quite a while. Then after they said I was healthy they stuck me up front, so I could find a furrever home. But by this time my now mom was carrying me around (I would put one paw on her shoulder and the other on her chest and one back foot in front and the other in back) and she had already named me Bettie Boob. I would talk to her when she would enter into my sight or even when she would carry me around. It took a couple weeks and she finally said well I will take her for the weekend. And here I 'm today. Well what can i say... Another year gone, and im a spoiled rotten princess. Im worried about my favorite cat on catster Casper(id 643756) I haven't heard from him or his family in a while. I hope everything is okay. **sighs** thinking of Casper,,,, My family is wonderful! Bentley just got a christmas present from one of our good friends Misty and her family. They are a sweet family.
No christmas tree this year, I guess mom learned her lesson. Actually we did have one made out of lights on the wall mom made it but us cats couldn't play with it... Mom is always taking pictures and putting them on here for everyone to see. She has soo many pics of Bentley and I its crazy. First that christmas tree didn't last long in my house I think it was prolly up for 2 wks before my mom couldn't take us knocking it down and taking all the lil hanging balls off of it every day while she was gone at work. hehe
Bentley and I both went to the vet a couple days ago to have a weight check done cause my mom was wondering how much we weighed. Well Bentley's weight didn't change. But I gained 2.9 pounds. I was 7 pounds when I was adopted now I'm 9.9 pounds. MOL Im a big girl!
I don't think I could be happier in my family. Everyday gets better because I realize I do have a furever home and Im thankful for that. My mom still doesn't understand how someone could dumb such a sweet girl. I have been the biggest Love since my mom and I first met. I sleep with my mom everynite. I just crave the attention. I purrrr and pray for every homeless kitty out there that they get just as Lucky as I did in finding that new furrrever home. It makes me and my mom sad to think what would have happened to me I had my previous owners just thrown me out on the side of the road or had they taken me to the pound.
Well another year is in full swing and I think 2008 will be the best year of my short life and I know there are many more happy years to come in my new furrever home. BTW I have a boyfurriend and his name is Casper, I love him dearly he spoils me rotten. Casper is my friendly ghost but he is not a ghost he is a sweet kat! Purrrs and Sand paper kisssess Brandy
Hi all my buddies. So you have either read my brofurs diary or not if you have you know Im going to be giving the rest of news from the home front here. If not go read his diary as well.
First, my meowmy is no longer going to be working for the V*E*T* as of November 27th 2007. She quit for several different reasons. But the 2 main ones were she was not getting paid enough to make a living or the for the work she was doing. And she was not seeing any results in getting her some help. Funny thing the day after she put her 2 weeks in they hired someone, a little too late I'm afraid. My meowmy is going back to work for Whataburger it is a fast food restaurant for those of you who have not heard of it. She will be making more money and doing less work. My meowmy also plans to eventually go back to school.
So has any other cat seen what my mom calls a Christmas tree. My mom put hers up a couple days ago just because she wanted too. I have never seen one its soo fascinating. And the lil balls hanging on the tree make great toys. MOL I watched my mom put hers up. And now Im sleeping under it. I think it is the coolest thing.
Hmmmmmmm something fishy about this tree thing with all the lights in it and the hanging balls. Any cats have any ideas.... Purrs and headbonks Brandy
