dieting is hard work

Hungry. Always hungry. But suddenly I have more energy for chasing ghost mice around the house and leaping on cabinets...and begging loudly for more food.

holy moly that was quite a storm last night! thunder, lightning, hail, wind, the works. sleep was restless at best.

in other news, mom has removed all of the plastic bags from kitty level so i can't eat them anymore. she's mean.

i'm thinking for halloween i need to dress up as a zombie kitty. watch out or i'll sit on you!

weekend

i get to lounge in sunbeams every day, but weekends are nice because mom joins me in said lounging

lungpower

tai, the new baby in the apartment upstairs from us, has just developed some astounding new lungpower, and chose to use it at 5am this morning. i could tell mom couldn't get back to sleep after that, but she gave me some nice pets and snuggles as long as she was awake.
