Arrival Story:
I went to the Berkeley pound and asked which was the kitty that no one else wanted, and they pointed me at the biggest tabby I'd ever seen. He and his equally huge brother had been brought in together and had been adopted together, but then they brought "Hans" back, separating the brothers. He put his paw on my arm and looked up at me with his huge green eyes and that was that. It was the day after I lost Tybalt, so I was still very sad, but he was sad too and we healed together.

Hungry. Always hungry. But suddenly I have more energy for chasing ghost mice around the house and leaping on cabinets...and begging loudly for more food.

holy moly that was quite a storm last night! thunder, lightning, hail, wind, the works. sleep was restless at best.

in other news, mom has removed all of the plastic bags from kitty level so i can't eat them anymore. she's mean.

i'm thinking for halloween i need to dress up as a zombie kitty. watch out or i'll sit on you!
