I asked mum to write this for me because I'm spending the night at the vets. Mum took me back to the vets this morning since I bleed a lot the night before. I let them take a urine sample and the markers on my blood test were dehydration more than likely caused by the infection in my toe.

This is the second time it has happen and the vet said it likely to keep happening so mum decided to let them amputate my toe tomorrow. I had to stay and the vet to be re hydrated and then they'll do the operation tomorrow. The vet said it is minor surgery where they will just cut off the infected toe and sew the skin back together. It should take no longer than 30 minutes.

Could you please purr for me that all goes well. I can't wait to get home and be with family.

Ka-zar, sending lots of pop and hugs. Best to be short a toe and no infections, don't you think. You'll be home before you know it.

Ka-zar, lots of purrs coming from our house to you. Glad they are going to get this fixed so you don't have to go through the infections anymore. Take good care of that paw when you get home!

Oh, my, we don't like it when our friends have to stay at the vet's overnight. But sounds like the doc wants to get things under control with that pesky toe. Know that we're thinking of you, Ka-Zar, and sending lots of purrs and head bonks. Jasper, Bear, Vicki, Sev and Angels Onyx and Patch.

Ka-zar,

Adam had his little toe amputated. He did really good. I know He will be looking after you. He LOVES YOU! WE all do. The Gang are all purring hard for you. Get Well Soon Sweetie!
