Happy to say Grandma and mum went in to visit Grandpa today and were told he's coming home tomorrow morning. It cam straight from the doctor's mouth. He has a follow up appointment next Wednesday and hopefully we'll get the biopsy results.

The fluid on the bowel joint is going down, Grandpa's bowels are working normally and his lungs are lot better than they've been for a while. They are going to send him home with some anti biotics.

This is far from the end of Grandpa's recovery but we're all happy to have him home. He was a bit grumpy this afternoon but he didn't get his papers until 2:30pm and Grandpa loves to read his papers first thing in the morning.

I want to thank all my mates and their families for their support and purrs. It has really touched me how much support there has been for my Grandpa. Can you please keep the purrs coming for a full recovery.

I hope this finds all my mates and their families happy and healthy and I send my purrs to those doing it tough.

So glad he is doing much better. I know the leaking was so scary. Still purring.

Our great grandpa is at a nursing home/rehab center and is doing well. He was throwing up furballs but the Docs cut back his medicine...a little more pain for a lot less dry heaves.
