I start this chin wag with a heavy heart as my great mate Simon took his journey to the bridge over the weekend.
He was a great mate to everyone that knew him and he was also a great cook who specialty was fried tatters and boy did they taste good. I am going to miss not seeing him around the olde furts breakfast club but will remember him fondly.
My deepest sympathies to his mum and fursis Willow and the rest of the family. Fly free Simon until we meet again.
Sorry this chin wag is a bit late. We decided a while ago to write it on a Sunday but mum had to work yesterday and my furt brain forgot until now.
The weather has been freezing cold here so I've spent a lot of time inside and it doesn't make me a happy chappy as I love to go for walks outside and go to a place where mum doesn't know about. She still thinks I'm going to visit a girlfriend. Can't a guy have any privacy.
If you can could you also spare some purrs for my mates Helen, Roger and their mum they are have bushfires all around them and I am purring for them to stay safe and they get the rian they need and then some more. I am hoping you can all join me.
I hope this finds my mates and their families happy and healthy and I send my purrs to those doing it tough.
Purrs and hugs your Aussie mate

Some sad news there and we are purring for Simon's family and also for everyone affected by the bush fires. I wish they could have some of our rain.
You are best off staying warm and cosy for now. Your girlfriend will wait for you. Purrs Toby and Josie
