Wow what a week it has been we've seen mother nature at her worst this week. The Queensland floods are the worst natural disaster in Australian history. It sadden me to say that it not just Queensland effected any more. There are parts of New South Wales, South Australia and my home state of Victoria are also effected.

We had a scary down pour this morning and thank fully the rain has stopped and the skys are blue. Purring that it stays that way for while so things can dry out.

Parts of my home town of Ballarat were affected this morning. There has been some minor flooding and some roads were blocked but it nothing that can't be handled.

I want to thank all my mates that have left comments on diary or sent rosettes letting me know you're thinking of me and my human family. We are all safe and there is no reason to think that this will changed.

All your purrs, pawmails and rosettes are really appreciated as it is comforting to know that I have great mates thinking of me at this time. There are too many to mention here but you know who are.

If there is any more news I will update it in diary if I can and mum will keep her facebook status updated for those of you whos mums are friend with my mum.

I also send my purrs to those doing tough in the floods and please spare a purr to all the animals affected.

Purrs and hugs your Aussie mate

Great news, great news. I almost feel like doing Diamond's Yipppie dance. Look, I hope the rains have stopped for good. I'm crossing my paws.

We have watched reports of the floods on TV, and are very sad to see so many people and their animals affected. We saw some film of horses in the water, trying to scramble up on a house roof, and the peeps felt just terrible.

After years of drought, now this. Rain is lovely, but not so much of it. We are sending lots of purrs your way, Ka-Zar, and are happy that you are high and dry. Hope it stays that way.
