The Life of Ka - zar

My weekly rant for the week ending 21st November 2009

It's still not officially summer here in Australia until December 1st but gee it's been really hot the last week or so. I've got from wanting the heater turned on to wanting the air con turned on it been that hot.

The last few days have been that hot that we've had our first days of total fire ban and when that happens it gets really hot and no fires are to be lit on these days.

I want to ask my mates to purr for the people in the high fire risk areas as some small fires have already started. They are under control but the weather is only going to get hotter between now and until the end of summer.

I also would like to ask for my mates to continue to purr for my little mate Dog. I haven't heard from him for a few days and I am a bit worried about him.

It unusual for me not hear from at least every few days and it been way too long. Dog if you read this could you or one of your family please get in contact with me or mum.

There hasn't been a lot happening with me as it been way too hot to do anything expect sleep and then get more sleep and play with mum late at night.

I hope this finds all my mates and their families happy and healthy.

OK here is a different tag game. This one is to get to know your mates and my mate Tate tagged me.

1. What color is my collar? I don't wear a collar the last time mum tried to put one around my neck some how it got suck in my mouth and I nearly choked on it.

2. What kind of food do I eat? I get mostly canned food for older cats or as mum likes to call it olde furts food. I like Science diet the best as mum says it smells the worst. I also like roast chicken and turkey breast.

3. What is my favorite treat? Roast chicken and turkey

4. Do you have a Valentine or significant other? No I'm a total bachelor.

5. Do you get table scraps? I prefer to call it people food and I do get it occasionally.

6. What is your favorite toy? I don't play a much as I used to as I'm an older kitty but when I do I have a piece of packing strip I love to play with.

7. When is your birthday? 1st June 1998

8. How many times a day do you eat? I eat three small meals a day so my food doesn't dry out and make me sick.

9. What is my favorite color? Gray and white that's my colouring.

10. Do you hope all your pals put this in their diary? seems there's a lot of tag games going around at the moment I hope who ever reads this willl want to play.

I've been tagged by my little mate Dog to play thanksgiving tag.

1. I am thankful that I have a family who loves me and takes great care of me and they gave me a furever home for all bar 8 weeks of my life.

2. I am thankful for the food I get everyday and the warm place to sleep.

3. I am very thankful for my good health as I only go to the vet once a year and that's for a check up and my shots.

4. I'm thankful for all my mates on catster. They mean the world to me and it makes my day to come in and know I'm among mates.

5. I'm very thankful that my little mate dog the kitty who tagged me is doing so well after being so sick. I love getting to know you mate as you're one cool cat.
