Arrival Story:
Sophie and Jack were adopted from The Anti Cruelty Society on May 18, 2007 by my mom, brother, sister-in-law, sister, and my 1 year old nephew at the time. They all went to the shelter to pick out 2 cats. Jack caught my sisters attention first when he started rubbing on the cage and meowing, Sophie on the other hand was in the back just laying there, she was probably very stressed and scared. Sophie's and Jack's previous owner died and no one could care for them so they were brought to the shelter. She was 2 years old at the time of the adoption. Jack went with my sisters and I and Sophie went with my brother and sister-in-law. They gave her to us 3 months later on August 6, 2007.

Bio:
She likes kneading her humans everyday, which hurts sometimes but we tolerate it because it's super cute! When she kneads her purr is very loud and she puts her face right into yours and just looks at you, it's very hypnotizing and soothing, you almost wanna fall asleep! She kneads on my arm with a blanket over me so she doesn't dig her claws into me. Sophie's coat has many colors. Her body is chocolate with tabby markings and white and has a bit of lilac on her head and face. She does not get along with any of the other cats! She is kept in my room with her own litter box for her protection and gets to go out in the evening for a few hours. Sophie has the sweetest meow, it's a very soft meow. She is cross eyed in one eye. And she is the princess of the house!!

Today we gave Sophie, Nature's Variety Instinct the Chicken formula and she didn't eat it! She seriously won't eat anything but EVO canned lol. Oh well, at least the kittens and Jack ate it.

I think the infection has gone away. But mommy #1 and mommy #2 are still going to keep giving me medicine for a few more days to be on the safe side.
