Arrival Story:
My -ex saw Polly bumped by a car on busy I-20. He stopped and caught her (she had ran to the median). He left her in is his car (with water and a hamburger) while he continued on to his golf game, once she realized she wasn't injured, just scared. When he brought her home, I immediately took her to the vet to be checked out. Miraculously, she was not injured, but just had a few scuff marks on her head and back. The vet told us she was only about 6 weeks old and that she was a feral cat (as if WE hadn't already figured that out!). She has since become tame and is a very sweet, lucky girl.
