Ive Been Tagged!

I was tagged by the ever friendly Cosmo! He is one kool kat! Check him out in my friends and you'll see what I mean. He tagged me to list 5 things I want for Christmas and then to tag more friends to do the same.

I want:

1. Warmth, warmth, and more warmth! I loves to cuddle, especially with mommy. I have really come out of my shell and love to cuddle with her and Fang.

2. For there just be blankets blankets everywhere. That way I can stay warm no matter where I wander in the house!

3. To never have to take a bath again!

4. For mommy to stop feeling the need to dress me! Although, I must admit, it does keep me cleaner, which leads to less bathes .....

5. For an always accessible window with perpetual sunshine! No darkness, ever.

You know, mom has been so busy, she barely has any time to do anything other than work!

But tonight, she uploaded brand new pictures of myself, my brother, and my sister! Check them out and be sure to visit their pages also. Theres some really cute and amazing pictures! I wouldnt believe it myself if I hadnt been there.

First bath

Oh meow gosh!

Mommie gave me my first bath since I have been here today. Can I just tell you it was an absolutely horrifying experience!

I dont know who she thinks she is ... but I am not happy!

She teased me by taking off my shirt and I thought I was free. But no! Then she picked me up and plunked me in the tub! MEOOWWWW!!!!!!!!

Then stuff was all over me, foaming and water and I was meowing my heart off and she wouldnt let me go! Then she took me out of the tub and wrapped me up and I just hissed and growled. I want out!!!!!!

She finally let me free and I am off sulking, licking myself.

That was terrifying. I hope I never have to do that again!!!!!!!

Meow!

Hello friends!

I am still getting used to my new home. My mommie takes very good care of me. There is plenty of food and fresh water (love the fountain!). I love being able to eat whenever I want. Its so nice!

Mommie hasnt givn me a bath yet, but I know its coming. She keeps telling me I am going to get one. I think she wants me to settle in a little more. Getting a bath is a frightening thing and I havent quite figured this new place yet! I know I need one because I am really dirty. And she hasnt given the other naked baby a bath since I have been here either. Maybe she doesnt want to scare me with what its like!

There is another naked baby here. I try to scare him away with hisses and growls but he still gets close to me. Weve sniffed and touched noses but I am not sure of him yet. He seems nice enough and doesnt chase me like he chases the other one! Maybe he is scared of me? Meow!

Speaking of the other one ... she always stops dead in her tracks when I hiss and growl at her. She doesnt seem to know what to make of me. She doesnt really approach me at all. I dont think shes even gotten close enough to sniff me yet! She is definately scare of me!

Yesterday she stayed hidden almost all day. A stranger came over and was here a long time. The other naked baby and I were out, making nuisances of ourselves, getting love and pets from the stranger. Seems he just came by to make mommies satellite TV work again.

Thank you all my friends from Catster. Mommie has chosen a name for me.

I am now Patches!

I am still settling into my new home and pretty much dont move from mommies bed. Ocassionally I hide inside her bed (thats a long story!), but I like it up here. And those other cats dont seem to bother me much. When they come up here, I just hiss and growl and they seem to know not to get to close. Yet.

My favorite thing in the whole world right now is waking mommie up in the middle of the night by rubbing on all her face and stepping on her head. Meow!

More to come later as I have heard rumblings from the other naked cat in the house that mommie gives baths!!!! Rrrow?

I need a name!

Hello friends!

I just came home with my new mommie the other day. I am still settling in. Mommie doesnt know anything about me other than I was passed around several rescue centers and foster homes before she finally found me.

My name, "Hope" signified a part of my life that is now over. Since I am starting a new ife in a new home, I want a new name!

Please help mommie with a cute new name for me. I am a female 5-6 years old, Sphynx / Devonshire Rex mix. As you can see from my picture, I have characteristics of both cats! I am white with calico coloring on my head, tail, and paws only. I have patches of very soft fur and patches of nakedness. I have large, very pretty eyes, but as long as mommie keeps putting that bright light thingie in my face, you will never see them! Meow!
