Hello, Iz Fans
Once again and too often for our liking, we are putting one paw at a time in front of the other three. Mom explained to Delilah and me about Lily not coming home again. We still sit at the door and look out, waiting for her to come hopping across the back yard to be let in for her snacks, but mom says that's not going to happen anymore. It's like when our doggie sisfur went to The Bridge last September. One minute she was there, and the next, she was gone. But mom says life at The Bridge is probably a lot nicer than it is down here, fans. The animals are all safe and healthy and happy up there. But mom says I'd better not be in too much of a hurry to go up there and Delilah either.
Mom is still busy keeping our house in order for realty showings but that's rapidly going nowhere, she says. And, in a few weeks we will have the wedding shower for our new sisfur. But, I see her looking out over the back yard every so often ,just like we do. Mom says she's not sure right now if we will have another kitty come to live with us or not. Dad says no way, but that never stopped mom before, so we might. She doesn't want to adopt one until after the shower and maybe until we move. Mom says she knows there are just so many kitties who need loving furever homes. This time, though, she says we are going to get a kitty (if we do that is ;-) who has no desire to go outside. Is there such a thing? I like to go out, but when Mom yells at me, I drop down. Mom says if any of the neighbors ever saw me crouch down like that, they'd think she beats me regularly. She said it's pretty embarrassing when I do that. I just know I'm going to get picked up and hugged and kissed all the way in the house. Yuk! Boys don't like that! Especially in public!
Mom also wants to say thanks for all the cyber-hugs and gifts that have been sent our way by all our friends on Catster. It makes her feel so good that no one has blamed her for letting Lily Rose outside. She says our Catster friends are the some of the most precious things in her life and she sends many grateful hugs right back to them.
Stay safe, Iz fans!
Love you all lots,

Lily Rose is in a beeutiful place! But I agree wif yewr Mama, you and Delilah, do not be in a hurry to go there! I am sorry about Lily Rose. Hugz and purrs to you all and your Mama too. I's has no desire at all to go outside either. I had enough of that when I was left on the streets. Mama has tried to take me out, but I just throw a fit to go right back inside. I love my inside with all my toys, just the right temperature and food!!!!!
Hugz and purrs, Sassy
Oh Izzie, it is natural for cats to want outdoors. Your Mamma did what made Lily happy..My Lady tells us she wishes she could afford one of those fences to surround our home with so we could go out..she is now flirting with the idea of a screened tent for us to use outdoors, supervised of course..
Please know we are purring for you and your family.
I am sorry we missed your post about the kitty probably being Lily. We are so sad for you. I personally have no desire to go outside, but the little redhead, Blossom thinks she might like to try it so the hoomans have to be careful when the outside door is open. Mam goes into a panic whenever she slips past her.
We know Lily is in a nice place and she is watching over you and your fambly and will always have a place in your hearts.
prrrt 'n meow,
Sending lots of prayers & purrs as you heal from yur loss of sweet Lily.
Kally Kat & Mommy Liz ♥♥
