it was my birthday, i had just lost a flight, was going back home and walked by a pet shop. juca was sleeping in a cage with two sieblings, all very very tiny, waiting to be adopted. i took him home along with some cat food, a cozy bed (that he turned into a second litter box) and some toys he never really looked at. i thought he was a female cat and called him "doroteia", thus he spent about two months as a transvestite.
