Arrival Story:
A co-worker& I decided to make a trip to the local donut shop around the corner from work. As we cut down the alley I heard
a very pitiful meow. I looked around & seen nothing. We continued on our way for sweets. As we came back to work
the Pitiful meow came again, But this time it didn't stop.
Upon investigation we found 3 kittens hiding between the brick
of the wall & the dumpster. Needless to say they got taken to
work with us. After a quick trip to the nearby CVS I had them set
up with food, water & a litter box in the bathroom at work.
(I am a dry cleaner, so they had to be contained). After some debate we decided which of us gals could take a kitten. The other 2 went to a co-worker who lives in the country. They will be in & out kitties as her other 3 are. I did not need a 10th cat.
We were leaving for Kentucky that afternoon, for a week of Volunteer in Park service at Mammoth Cave National Park.
I knew that we were taking our pop-up camper, so I decided to
bring one of the kittens home, then convince Hubby that a kitten in the trailer would be alright. The only choice was to leave him shut up seperate for a week at the house with only a daily check in from a family member.
Bio:
Me-yow bonded with us wonderfully once we got settled in for a week in the camper. I worried about how he would be accepted here at home when we returned.
I carried the cat carrier into the house & set it down on the floor, As soon as I opened it Me-Yow came out & started mingling. I don't know why, but it was like he had always been here. Not one of the other nine acted badly with him.
HOW STRANGE IS THAT!!!!

I want to thank all of my friends who left me the gifts for Christmas. There is no way Meowmy can respond personally to you all. But please know that we love all of our friends & truly appreciate the rememberances !!!

WHEN SHE GETS HOME THIS WEEK-END AND SEES ALL OF THESE NEW COLLARS ON OUR PAGES!!!!!!

MY DADDY AND MOMMY ARE ON VACATION UNTIL NEXT WEEK-END AND WE ARE BEING GIVEN A TON OF THE NEW FEBREZE COLLARS....SO I AM THANKING ALL OF YOU
AUNTIE RHONDA WAS GOING TO RETURN FOR US....BUT, SHE CANNOT EVEN CATCH UP RETURNING THEM FOR KARMA AND HER BROTHERS.
ALL HUMANS IN OUR FAMILY ARE OFFICIALLY BUSY FOR AT LEAST THE FOLLOWING WEEK.
