I'm still waiting for my Permanent Family!

Well, I'm bathed, groomed, de-wormed, earmite & flea free! All that is great but it ain't Puurrrrrfect cuz I'm now stuck in this cage waiting for someone to make me a purrrrmenant part of the family. I can't wait to be able to sit in a window and chirp at the birds, or hide under a chair when it thunders. I just don't get it?! Why did this happen to me? I've always been a good kitty... sharing my love with everyone, even the little humans ... I let them pull my hair, pick me up, pull my tail and I never bite! But I just can't seem to find the right family. Please, someone, give me a chance! -- Meow for now, Princess.

I'm Back!

Well, I decided it was time to come back. And guess what?! It worked! I'm now in the house and learning to put up with these darn kittens! I'm getting my ears treated for mites and I'm supposed to get a bath tomorrow. (I'm not sure if I remember what that is, but it doesn't sound "good".) But my guardian says it'll make me really pretty and I'll smell good and it'll help me find a good family a lot sooner. I can't wait to find a permanent home!

I've taken a Vacation!

Well, both of the people that said they were interested in me failed to get back to TigeraCat Rescues, so.... I've taken a vacation. I hope to return soon, but I had to take things into my own paws. Maybe one of the neighbors will take me in permanently. If not, maybe I'll return and somebody out there on Catster will finally adopt me. My guardian will keep you updated. Meow!

Someone wants to adopt me!

I got my first interested family today! Someone out there inquired with my guardian to adopt me and one of my housemates, Mocha Smoke. I'm soooooo excited. Maybe they'll be the right family for me. My guardian says I have to wait until they fill out the paperwork. Yuck! I hate paperwork. But she says we gotta make sure the family is "Just Right" for me, so I don't end up abandoned again. Oooh! Cross your paws!

My First Entry!

Meow!
You know? My guardian has no idea where I came from, but I do! And I'm not telling! Anyhow, I found the food dishes, fresh water, and a really nice cushion on a sunny porch that's nice and shady in the hot afternoons. I wasn't sure at first, but it sure looked like a friendly place! Then I found out there were some real nice people that brought me food on a regular basis, brushed out my matted fur, gave me lots of lovin', and they had two little girls that loved me even more!

That's how I got my new name, "Princess". Sadie (a two-year old human) started calling me that. I guess she thought I was royalty. Well, I do deserve to be. I've earned it!

Now I stand on the porch railing and wiggle the doorknob and peek inside when it's time to eat! I'd love to go inside with the other kitties I see in there, but right now, I'm content to be here on this wonderful porch with my favorite chair.

My guardian says I'll find a home soon. I hope she's right. I'd really love a family of my own. Especially one where I can get spoiled rotten! Just like a real princess! You know I deserve it!
