Arrival Story:
Well, my fiancee and I were living in a really small apartment, that had a strict no pet policy. We were not happy in the small place, I was having a hard time with college and work. One day a kitty came to see us, he was very affectionate. He only had one eye, and we were told that he was always a stray by the neighbors, ever since he was a little one eyed kitten. My fiancee and I were attached to this cat. We were told by the vet that the retina on the eye he did have was coming detached and one day he might be blinde. We could not bare to have this gift be outside on the streets. We hid Cornflake from our Landlord while we looked for a new place to live. We eventually moved to a kitty friendly apartment. On August 21, 2004 we will celebrate one year as a family together :-)

Bio:
Cornflake was known as the "neighborhood cat".. Bryan and I like to flatter ourselves by thinking that Cornflake choose us to be his parents over anyone else.. he is now an indoor cat, though he does enjoy walks on his leash and harness with Daddy.
