Arrival Story:
I was adopted at a humane society when I was 12 weeks old. Mom looked all around and already had one in mind she'd seen on Petfinder, but when she saw "Tiger", something clicked. My name was changed to the Tibetan word for Tiger, Tag, and I've has been with them since.

Bio:
I am definitely a tigerkitty! I'm a big boy, seventeen pounds heavy and that's not due to being fat. I'm long and rangy and I walk like a tiger. I don't care much for Ollivander because he gets on my nerves and doesn't know when to leave me alone, but I won't get violent with him...I'll just smack his head a few times.

It's been almost a year. I was really sick this time last year, but I got through it and I'm fine again. I have a new nickname, too--they started calling me Taggle, and then rhyming it to Taggle-Bagel, and now it's just Bagel. I don't understand humans.

Ugh.

I have a tube in my neck.

I stopped eating for a while...don't really wanna talk about it... But I got real sick. Hepatic lipidosis, or fatty liver syndrome. Whatever it is. But the vet shaved my belly and stuck a needle in me to do an ultrasound and liver biopsy, then shaved my leg for a catheter, and then shaved my neck to stick a tube in it! I get fed through the tube now... Science Diet A/D mixed with water. I don't care for it much but I am feeling better. My humans take good care of me.

Hmfff.

Ollivander still gets on my nerves. The cat doesn't know when to leave well enough alone! You'd think he'd learn when I growl, hiss, and then smack him with sheathed claws, but he just doesn't get it! Hsssth.

I guess I'm four years old now, and I've gone from Florida to Texas to California with Mom and Dad, and of course I'll follow wherever else they go from here. I love to sleep at the foot of the bed with Mom and Dad (on Mom's side). I stay there until morning when she gets up, then I follow her to the bathroom so that she'll turn on the bathtub faucet for me to drink out of. They wonder why I always have a wet head!
