Arrival Story:
When Holly came to live with us, we already had 3 older cats - then 15, 14 and 12 (now of those 3, only the oldest, Mitsu, is still with us). But my young children really wanted a kitten who would play with them and grow up with them. My husband said no.... till one day he told us all to close our eyes, and we opened them to a tiny squeak. Holly, then only 6 weeks old, had come to live with us just before Christmas, 2000.

Bio:
Holly is what I learned is called a torbie calico... she has three colors like the calicos, but her colors have tabby patterns in them. It was with Holly I learned that all tabby cats have an "M" on their foreheads! If you didn't know that, you'll now be looking at every tabby cat you see and saying "Well, would you look at THAT!" She is the most cool cat! She is always around us, right in the middle of everything... and usually laying on her back with all four paws in the air, looking at you up-side-down. Her only bad habit is that she likes to push things off and watch them fall (or spill... or break.... or whatever).
