Arrival Story:
Tiber was an outside/inside kitty of our neighbors and she was moving and going to take her cats to the pound. We took in Tiber and his siblings Hero and Stelly and found them all homes. He lives with us now.

Bio:
Just after Tiber came to us we found a lump near his shoulder/armpit. We were very scared because our vet said most lumps like that are cancer in cats. We had it removed and biopsied. Our vet called us back to tell us we had a miracle cat, and it wassn't cancerous. We love him so much and treat him as if every day with him is a gift. One day Tiber will have his own space in our new house, hopefully we will have a sun room where he can be outside with out being really outside. Tiber got to have a room with sun and was happy there for 3 years. Sadly Tiber is with the Goddess now. he left us in the late summer of 2011. He became more and more skinny and weak and eventualy blind and confused. he spent his final days in our room. I was able to give him a final kindness and help him along without additional suffering. I love him and always will. He was one of the best cats to have ever lived. we will miss you Mr.

Tiber's Diagnosis

Sadly, but still optomistically. Tiber has been diagnosed with CRF, Chronic renal faliure. That means his kidneys are not functioning well. It is the early stage. Just one nuber tnot good into the BUN and Creatinine. We had a cat die of this several years ago. I mourn her to this day. I hope Kiko will look over him. I am doing all I can fo him right now. He has a new vet and soon will be visiting a Chinese Hebalist and acupucturist. He does not like his new wet food but happily he will eat his new kibble. We love Tiber so very very much and would appreciate all good vibes you can send him. He is still happy and rompy, just a lot skinnier. I hope he is comfy and I will cuddle him and love him to his last day.

Xo,
MamaCat
