I'm home!

I ran away in May, and if any of you dropped in, you found Mom had changed my name to Missing. Well, yeah, for a while...but I remembered where the love was and forgave her for the kittens. I love to snuggle, and frankly, the squirrels weren't cutting it in the luv department.

It's good to be back.

To run or not to run?

I ran away from home last week. I heard my mom calling, but I was so MAD at her for bringing a baby home, and then she went out of town for a few days and just deserted me. I was so upset - not really at her, but at the baby. Why did it have to pick MY house?? We were such a happy family before she came.

I have been mad enough over this, I haven't brought any presents home. THAT will teach them.

I got to know Lily a little last night, though. I actually took a little nap on the back of the sofa where she was playing, and although I wanted to smack her for being so perky, mom reminded me Lily is just a baby. I still remember being a baby, sorta, so I guess I can cut her some slack. Heck, mom has been so glad to see me the last couple of days, she's been giving me LOTS of attention. I guess it won't hurt to hang around a LITTLE longer.
