Arrival Story:
The cat at the store that I work at had five kittens. Casper was the first one to respond to my voice. From then on I had to have him.

The first time he met Cole he tried to nurse. Casper and Cole are best buddies now. You can't see it in the pictures, but Casper looks like a siamese (according to the vet) with an orange tabby tail. Casper loves to follow Orion around. If Orion is basking somewhere, Casper is close by. The funny thing is, Orion just humors him, but he really likes Orion. He has to do everything she does, but his best friend is Cole.

Sadly, Casper was outside one day and got hit by a car. It is hard to talk about still, many months later. I found him about 15 minutes after he was hit, and he was already dead. I think that he must of hit his head off of part of the car because he had no wheel marks on him. The only thing that I noticed was that his nose was bleeding. I hope that it was a quick death. I still miss him and think about him all the time. It is sad that he was only alive for three years. The positive thing is that he graced my life with his sweet and intelligent personality. Somehow, he learned not to cry at the door, but to paw at it when he was locked up somewhere. He was amazing! I will miss all the time we lost but all the great things that he brought into my life. I will always love him.

I am told that I will be moving soon. I am sad and I can tell that my mom is sad too. She said that I will be moving in with my Aunt Stephanie and cousin Zeus. She said it is because I am always chasing Orion and a "Specialit" if you can call her that, said it was better to find me somewhere else to live. Can you belive those people. The nerve. At least I will be living with my Aunt who my mom says is the best person for me to live with. I know my Aunt Stephanie will take good care of me. I just hope Zeus will be nice. We like to play together, but sometimes I just need a break from him. We will see.

I lay in the window every day and see everything that is happening outside but my humans will not let me outside. I have gotten out twice, but they keep putting me back in. I try hard every time I hear the door open. I run over and try to escape, but they have been quick so far. Just wait. I do not like doors because they stop me from getting around. We should throw doors away. My parents shut the door to their room so I can't go in and bother them at night. There is also a door on the new addition now so I can't go in there and investigate. I also hate the door that keeps me in the extra room while they work on the addition. My most hated door is the one to outside. The dog gets to go out the door. Why can't I? I am going to get out soon. Just wait and see.
