Bio:
Shirley went to the Rainbow Bridge on July 12, 2007. She was diagnosed with chronic kidney disease last November. With a combination of sub-cutaneous fluids, and special meds, she was doing very well and leading an almost normal life. Her condition started to decline a few days ago, and she deteriorated very rapidly. After a lot of crying, I knew what had to be done. Our vet said we were doing the right thing, but it was still difficult. We buried her in our yard. She will be greatly missed, by her animal and human families. We know we will be reunited one day at the Bridge. Shirley, we will love you forever!
