Arrival Story:
Chloe was a birthday gift from my now husband.

She came home with a severe Upper Resp. Infection which turned into full-blown pneumonia over night. She was allergic to Clavamox and matters were very complicated because she wouldn't eat. After several vet visits and lots of attention, she got better. She still suffers sneezing attacks from time to time. But, it's only a problem with cleaning our walls and carpet from her sneezes, but not for herself. Chloe was born a cat but acts more like a dog. She investigates everything and nothing phases her.

I wrestled Zoe for a bit last night. We fought in every room in the house. She put up a good fight, but I had the advantage. I ambushed her countless times. She never saw it coming!

We got canned food last night. I ate a couple bites and went to mom for attention. We rubbed heads for a minute and then mom carried me to the front door to look outside. I tried to climb on her shoulder for a better vantage point, but she wouldn't let me. She said something about claws and short sleeve shirts not going well together. Oh well, it was still fun looking outside.

This morning I Woke up and munched on crunchy food. I beat my brothers and sister to the food bowl. Haha, they get my sloppy seconds. I think I may have sneezed a couple times over the food. Oh well, what doesn't kill us makes us stronger. I'm sure my siblings will survive. Anyway, I don't think anyone has ever devised a sneeze guard for cats.

Later, I lounged by the window and watched the birds live their bird-like lives. I dreamed of what I could do to them if I were outside with them. Watching the feathered culinary delights peck the ground for tasty worms, I dozed off to bird-filled dreams.

I greeted mom and dad with my perked up tail when they came home. Rubbing and purring all over them, I demanded that they pay attention to me and not the other brats I live with. I saw Zoe shoot me a look of jealousy. That only made me rub faces with mom harder.
