Arrival Story:
It killed me when I drove away to go to work and my one kitty would be looking out the window at me. He needed a feline companion. Well, a woman I worked with, who was a salesperson, brought me a photo of the kittens her cat had just had, and asked me to pick out the cutest one. She was very good at her job. Well, there is no question that I picked out the cutest one. She was (and still is) so petite, she was hardly visible to the naked eye at 8 weeks.

Bio:
In her early life, she was a retriever. She leaped to amazing heights to catch toy mice that were propelled into the air. Fabulous leaping, catching, and general playfulness. Then she would carry the toy mouse in her mouth back to me to play again. Over time, she found out I would go after the toys myself, so stopped retrieving. She is ultra-sweet. Unlike her brother with the turbo-purr, I must generally have my ear near her chest to hear her purr. She is very fearful of anyone not in her family; however, when exposed to non-aggressive persons over time, she gets used to them, after a bit of sneaking around the edges and a lot of looking-over. She and I have always had a "thing," by which I mean we look into each other's eyes in a special way, like we are sending thought-waves. We are on the same "wavelength."

Dots!:
What are dots? I have a number of bookshelves and other pieces of furniture I've built from kits. As the last step, you cover up the screws with plastic circles you press in. Angel Eyes is obsessed with these "dots," working hard at them with her teeth to pull them out, then bat them around and carrying them to places unknown. Sometimes I'll find them in the strangest places. Others I never find.
