Arrival Story:
I was living in Biloxi, Mississippi in an apartment complex when Bil came into my life. I was bringing my groceries in and had left my door open. When I walked in I saw this beautiful gray Tabby making himself at home. He came up to me and rubbed himself against me. I figured he was was someones pet, he was a little thin, but overall looked healthy, so after playing with him and giving him water and a treat I let him out. The next day he was at my door again. I fed him again, but before I went to bed let him out. This pattern continued with Bil spending more and more time with me. I began to think he did not have a home and as I was going to move back New York soon, I had to make a decision. I hung fliers to see if anyone claimed him, bu no one did. I took him to the vet and he estimated his age to be about 2-3 years old and that he was neutered and declawed. When I left Mississippi, Biloxi wa in the car with me.

Bio:
Biloxi was a sweet and loving cat. Very calm and friendly, although he didn't like men that much (he would hide). He enjoyed sitting with one leg hanging down, only ate two flavors of Fancy Feast and would strike silly poses (especially after too much catnip). Bil died very unexpectedly at the end of July, 2004 soon after I moved to North Carolina. On night I heard a horrible yowl from the other side of the room. I saw him convulsing and ran to him. He died in my arms almost immediately. I was devastated and still miss him terribly
