Arrival Story:
Hoodsie was a neighborhood cat (hence his name) who kept hanging out on our back stoop starting around Christmas-time. We resisted bringing him inside because we had five cats already, but after we saw he had a bad wound in one leg, we tried to at least give him a dry place to sleep and some food. And of course, once food was available, he came back just about every night. Four months later, after we saw a dead cat on the road near our neighborhood, we broke down and brought him inside.

Bio:
We're honestly unsure exactly how old Hoodsie is. He was an unneutered male when we brought him in, and because he'd grown to adulthood, he has the big burly frame and full cheeks that male cats can get. He has seven toes on each front paw, six toes on one back paw, and seven on the other back paw. LOTS OF TOES. His feet are gigantic. But based upon his energy and style of play, we think he's probably roughly the same age as our two Cow Kittens (born sometime in 2005... ish). He's a very loving cat but gets a bit over-excited by attention and can get a bit chewy or swipey at people. He loves to play-pounce, but with fourteen front claws... they tend to be a bit rough. But he also snuggles, and so we think with time and some aging, he's going to be a very cuddly cat.
