Arrival Story:
Me and my family bought Midnight from a family friend in South Carolina way back when I was in the 3rd or 4th grade. He was only a kitten then, but he has, over time, grown to be a very big kitty. Only recently has he become attached to me. I believe that this is because we got a dog, Minnie, and everyone's attention was devoted to her, and since my room is upstairs where the dog is not allowed, and I'm always in it - Midnight came up here and got his attention (and peace and quiet) from me. I love him to death, he always around and doesnt mind if I love on him. He wakes me up if my blood sugar drops at night when I am sleeping, and he keeps the bugs out of my room. He's practically my best friend.

*yawn* Such a beautiful day as I lay here on my owner's desk, watching her fish swim around in their tanks. I find them really nice, they even come up to the bowl sometimes...lately though they haven't - I am assuming that they can't see me through the muck on their bowls.

I heard her telling the stranger that is always in her room that they live better in muck...I wonder how.

I'm getting used to this new stranger, he's over here everynight for the past two months...and when he's gone, his scent is whereever he was that night - try sleeping on the couch when you smell a stranger.

Ack - she told me that I'm still the main man in her life...I must say I puffed up a little at that.

Lately I've been wanting to go outside - I paw on the windows all the time, hoping someone would see me and open the bleeding door - but they don't...I think they should know by now I'm not like the fueled puppy - who just runs far far away when she gets out...I stay on the porch. That blasted puppy...always barking and yelling and chasing me - honey darling...interest in my tail went away a long time ago - time to grow up.

I still wonder what that thing does...

Sunbathing...sleepiness...the pink fish is saying hello through it's bowl - I'm hungry...I think I'll sleep for now
