I Am A Sailor

Mom and Dad took me out on their boat...that was in the water...

Being an indoor cat that never gets out unless I escape...which I don't do much. I loved the fresh air. I could smell the fishes (not really), but I smelled the sea breeze. I was on my leash and harness, and they were always hanging on to me, so no worries that I would fall in the water. I didn't care too much for the loud noise of the boat motor, but they let me hide below deck when i got scared, and would peak my head out of the cabin when I was comfortable again!

I saw jelly fish, and schools of fish, and a sunk submarine!!

I hope they take me out again next season!!

I've got a secret

My secret is that I am a lap kitty. I really like to sit in my Mom and Dad's laps when they are sitting on the couch. I can curl up and sleep there for hours and do you know why....Mom and Dad wont get up because they love how affectionate I am. Sometimes I can lap-kitty them three times a day. I ambush my Mom in the morning, then again in the evening. Once Mom goes to bed, I attack Dad. He isn't as soft as Mom and will remove me from his lap/chest when he wants to get up.

A new house

I don't like moving. I have lived in three different states in my three years on this planet. My new location is the worst. I miss my house in Florida. It was great. It had lush carpet and plenty of windows for me to look out and a long hallway that I use to run wind sprints down. It also had this great screened in porch that I used to sneak out on when my human dad would live the front door open!! I had fresh air and I could see all the birds and bugs.

Now I live in a terrible house that only has a patio door for me to look out. Human Mom is afraid to open the windows because she thinks the new fuzz-ball they adopted will fall out of it.

Oh, yeah, to make this move here to my new house worse, they got me a playmate....play is all this kitten wants to do. I usually show him who's boss by putting him in a headlock!! HAHAHAHA. The one good thing is that he does all the begging and crying for food now =D
