Arrival Story:
Molly hung around the house, outside, for a month or so and we thought she was just visiting, since she had a collar. Gradually, we began to think she had been abandoned, so I called the number on her tag. It turned out to be a county rescue center; they called the people who had adopted her and found the phone had been disconnected. At that point, we realized she *had* been dumped (grrrrrrr) and opened the door. She came in, made herself right at home, and announced in no uncertain terms, "About time!" :-)
